Tinkertown

The girls had a blast at Tinkertown. At times it was a bit hard for Olivia to understand why she couldn't go on all the rides like Amber, but she did extremely well considering her age. Olivia is such a dare devil, it made me more nervous that she would just try jumping out of every ride or something. But she didn't, and she LOVED the Ladybug ride. When the ride ended and the Tinkertown employee came around to undo their seat belts (or what was actually just a rope) Olivia looked at the employee and took the seat belt right back and buckled herself back in. I guess she wasn't finished riding yet. Needless to say, we spent a bit of time at the Ladybug ride! Amber loved the little Roller Coaster and she wanted to try the BIG Coaster too, but she wasn't tall enough for that one. All in all it was a great day for everyone. We will definitely be back again next summer! Amber's first ride of the day.

Amber's first time on a roller coaster! They went on it three times!

Here we are all on the Apple Spinning ride...Livie was a little unsure at first...but

once we got spinning - she had LOTS of fun!

And the LADYBUGS! At first she yelled "BUG!" every time she went around..then changed it to "HI!" as you can hear in the video below.

Amber took a swing while Livie played on the slides.

Here we took a ride on the train. Olivia saw the boats and she was sold. I wondered when she would figure out that the water below would be way more fun than the boat... ...and it didn't take long at all! CAR rides!

Amber LOVED the big slide! It took some convincing..but in the end she wished she could go on this slide more...too bad this one had the big line ups.

John refused to get on the Tilt a Whirl ride...so this was mine and Ambers ride...lots of fun! We had to ride this one more than once!

Checking out the Ferris wheel! WAY UP!

Can you see the nerves setting in as John takes Olivia up on the Ferris Wheel? YIKES! They were the 2nd ones on the ride so Olivia had to be VERY patient before it actually went around....was a little scary when she started to get impatient at the top. But she loved it once it started!!
