Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge

On our last day we took the morning to go see the Manatee Rescue and Alligator Alley. There were two manatee's when we arrived at the Manatee Observation Deck. And we also got to see a draw bridge in action while we were there.

Alligator Alley! The swamp is right outside the car and I was a little uncomfortable when I realized that the child lock was not on in the back seat of our rental car. I'm not a big fan of alligators, but it was neat to see them up close from the safety of our car. My only question is, who will change the tire when it's flat in Alligator Alley?
